Join our team in lively, student's city Poznań and build meaningful connections! Help our organisation reach and integrate refugees, migrants, international students and marginalised youth by organising creative inclusive workshops, cultural nights and open area events - such as group hiking and birdwatching. Our mission is to create a more inclusive and tolerant society by addressing issues such as discrimination, marginalization, and inequality. Through various initiatives we strive to empower individuals and communities, fostering a sense of belonging, respect for human rights and providing new essential skills. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Acommodation is provided in double and tripple rooms, with shared bathrooms and common kitchen. Volunteers receive pocket money and food money (everyone is responsible for their meals). Volunteers are provided with electronic public transport card to freely move around the city. Travel costs are fully coverd up to limits established in ESC guideliness.

Training during the activity

Promoting understanding and intercultural cooperation, engaging in social events and campaigns creation, project management, logistics, internal trenings designing, taking part in online learning events, implementing cultural workshops and activities on topic of democratic participation, community engagement and using digital components in youth work. Additionaly volunteers will be responsible for photo-documenting our activities and cocreating our social media! Understanding the NGO structures, strategy and work. Immersing in Polish culture and history of the city.

Participant profile
