Help youth to discover the outdoor at Scout Centre Rotterdam
Scoutcentrum Rotterdam

Description
Are you ready for a unique year in the heart of Dutch Scouting? Scoutcentrum Rotterdam (SCR) is looking for an enthusiastic young volunteer. You will help thousands of young people have a great experience while developing your own skills and ideas. Your role: Support visiting Scout and school groups and contribute to daily operations. You will: • Welcome and guide visiting youth groups across all stages of their stay—preparation, arrival, campfire/social activities, and departure. • Facilitate simple outdoor and community activities; explain camping and household routines. • Help with practical centre tasks (light maintenance, cleaning, shopping, admin). High‑risk work is always outsourced. • Contribute to inclusion, sustainability (green practices), and digital storytelling (e.g., social media or QR‑based nature info), depending on your interests. • Shape your own learning goals; bring ideas—we’ll mentor and support your personal growth.
