What We Offer: Gain unique experience in sports management by working with our 850-person professional team. We provide free training in one of 30 sports branches (boxing, soccer, gymnastics, etc.). You will stay in a modern, 24/7 secured dormitory hosting national and Olympic athletes, with free access to a gym and sauna. What We Expect: We seek motivated volunteers to lead English and Spanish speaking clubs. Responsibilities include English-Spanish translations, supporting the Provincial Director in field operations, and organizing weekly social activities. You will also coordinate one major monthly event to promote the ESC program. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to the ESC distance band. Volunteers will pay for their own tickets and will receive reimbursement after presenting all original tickets and boarding passes. You will be staying at the TOHM Dormitory, which hosts Olympic athletes and ESC volunteers. Our dormitory offers secure accommodation protected by security guards 24/7. The dormitory has a cafeteria offering free coffee and tea, a shared kitchen, game and conference rooms, a gym, a sauna, and common areas for socializing. Three meals a day will be provided.

Training during the activity

Orientation training after arrival (city tour, introducing the organization, show round facilities of organization, etc.). They will be participate in on-arrival training and mid-term training provided by the National Agency. In addition, In order to make their volunteering processes easier and more professional, they will receive training from experts on subjects such as language teaching and event management.

Participant profile

We are looking for enthusiastic and versatile short-term volunteers who possess a sportive personality and a strong motivation to contribute to youth and sports management. Candidates should demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to flexible working hours within a professional public institution. Since the role involves working closely with a large team—including the Provincial Director, expert coaches, and federation presidents—a smiling, outgoing "vibe" and professional conduct are essential. Specific Skills and Requirements: • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, as volunteers are expected to lead English speaking clubs and provide comprehensive Spanish language training (grammar, vocabulary, and speaking). • Candidates must be capable of performing translations between Spanish and English and possess the necessary skills to work effectively in a formal government office environment. • Experience in sports courses and youth activities is vital, as volunteers will organize weekly social clubs and one major monthly impact event (cultural, physical, or mental). • We value individuals who are open to innovation, continuous progress, and have no obstacles to travel, as they will be supporting various regional and national field operations.
