Join Active Zone Outdoor in Larnaka, Cyprus for 2 unforgettable months of sports, sunshine, and social impact! From May 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, become one of two volunteers (18–30) shaping outdoor experiences that change lives. Climb rocks, paddle the coast, hike scenic trails, and lead inclusive activities for youth and people with disabilities. This is more than volunteering—it’s your chance to grow, connect, and create real change through sport, nature, and community. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
* The volunteers will stay in Larnaca, in a 4-bedroom house covering a space of 300 square meters; A single bedroom is provided to each volunteer * Monthly allowance (Food & Pocket money) of 400 euro will be given to the volunteers in the first 3 working days of each month * The travel expenses will be reimbursed on the basis defined by the European Commission
Training during the activity
Continuous training on the following topics will be provided for the volunteers: * Sports and outdoor activities * Project management * Social Media management * Soft skills * Non formal education * Environmental protection * Design, organization and hosting of events
Participant profile
We aspire to host determined young people who are motivated to participate in Active Zone Outdoor's activities and who strive for the opportunities to learn how to use sport and outdoor activities as a tool for the development of physical and mental health of young people and the enhancement of social inclusion, cohesion and integration for young people with fewer opportunities and disabilities.
