Become a Cultural Ambassador: 44-Day ESC Project

REGIONALNE CENTRUM WOLONTARIATU

Kielce, Poland

Description

We are looking for 6 motivated individuals to form a dynamic team of European Solidarity Corps Ambassadors. Starting 16th April, you won’t just be joining a project-you’ll be the driving force behind it for 44 intensive days. Your Role: As a team of Ambassadors, you will take the lead in engaging with local youth. You will visit schools to present your home countries and cultures, showing students that being open to the world leads to real opportunities. Your goal is to turn abstract European values into authentic, personal stories. Together, you will deliver two major events: The "Multicultural Classroom" Conference: You will provide a practical, first-hand perspective to help teachers and educators better understand and work in multicultural environments. The EU Knowledge Tournament: You will organize and run a competition designed to engage and challenge local students on European topics.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Volunteers live in 3–4 person flats with private rooms and shared kitchen, bathroom, and living space. Flats are near the city center or well connected. We cover: ✔️ €6/day pocket money ✔️ €3.28/day food allowance ✔️ Full accommodation ✔️ Free public transport ✔️ Travel costs (ESC distance band) ✔️ Henner insurance

Training during the activity

We focus on learning by doing. During these 44 days, you will get: Public Speaking Workshops: Master your stage presence and learn how to tell your story effectively. A Safe Space to Practice: The perfect environment to test your presentation skills and build confidence. Hands-on Experience: Work directly with professional event managers.
