Description
Cazalla Intercultural is a dynamic NGO based in Lorca (Spain) with a strong commitment to youth empowerment, intercultural dialogue, and non-formal education. Through this long-term European Solidarity Corps project, you will become part of a motivated, international team working closely with local young people and the wider community. The organization is well known for its innovative educational approach and active role in promoting participation, inclusion, and European opportunities.As a volunteer, you will support the coordination and implementation of European projects while contributing to meaningful activities with youth. Your role will combine creativity, communication, and community engagement, allowing you to grow both personally and professionally in a supportive environment. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
The project is funded by the European Solidarity Corps program of the European Union. Therefore, accommodation, pocket money, and meals will be provided. In the shared apartment, each volunteer will have a private room. The accommodation also includes a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom, and is located 25 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus from the M13 Youth Center. The apartment has Wi-Fi. Pocket money of €6 per day will be paid monthly within the first 7 days of the month. The food allowance, amounting to €150 per month, will be paid together with the pocket money to your bank

Participant profile
Ages between 18 - 30 First person: residing in Spain, with immediate availability Second person: adherence to an Associated Partner Country or from EU countries Applicant must not have participated in any European Solidarity Corps (ESC) for more than 8 months before No history of sexual offences (and up-to-date certificate of sexual offences will be required) Availability: until April- May 2027 Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Drive, Zoom Motivated to work with young people and perform online or administrative tasks, with a particular interest in inclusion, social media, visibility and communication Basic to intermediate level in English (not mandatory)
