Description
Join Malabis Share 2026, a 17-day European Solidarity Corps volunteering project (May 9–25, 2026) in Tetouan/Martil, Morocco. You will help set up and run a pop-up clothing bank where families can freely choose quality second-hand clothes in a dignified, store-like environment. You contribute to sustainability and social inclusion by reducing textile waste and supporting a system that replaces traditional charity with choice and respect. Together with other volunteers, you support clothing distribution, engage with the local community, and take part in upcycling and awareness activities. This project is open to participants aged 18–30 who are interested in sustainability, social impact, and intercultural exchange. No experience needed; just your motivation and willingness to work as a team!
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
You will stay in shared rooms (2–5 participants per room) equipped with mattresses, blankets, and pillows. Shared bathrooms are available in line with local facilities. While there are no on-site laundry or internet services, nearby laundromats and options to arrange internet access are available. You will receive either a daily meal allowance or three vegan meals per day. Tap water is drinkable, and to promote sustainability, bottled water will not be provided.
Participant profile
We welcome 42 international participants aged 18–30 who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in collaborative environments. Ideal volunteers are motivated, proactive, and open-minded, with an interest in sustainability, social impact, and intercultural exchange. You should feel comfortable working in a dynamic setting and engaging with local communities. Basic English is helpful but not required;what matters most is your motivation, openness, and willingness to learn and contribute.
