Description

This project takes place at Kolde Lasteaed, a kindergarten in Tallinn that provides a supportive and creative environment for young children. The kindergarten values care, safety, cooperation, and trust, while helping children develop through play, learning, and everyday activities. The volunteer will support teachers in daily activities such as games, arts and crafts, music, sports, outdoor play, and cultural events. They will also help introduce children to different cultures and traditions through creative activities, songs, and games, while contributing to a warm and inclusive atmosphere in the kindergarten. Through the project, the volunteer will gain practical experience in early childhood education, improve communication and teamwork skills, and learn more about Estonian culture and language in an international environment.
