MUSLIM HUMANITARIAN ORGANIZATION MERHAMET - SANDZAK

NOVI PAZAR, Serbia

Description

Merhamet Sandžak is committed to supporting IDPs, returnees, and vulnerable families through humanitarian aid and long-term development projects. As a MEAL Officer, you'll help ensure the projects are effective, responsive, and focused on the needs of the communities. If you’ve worked on projects before and are curious about how to track impact and improve results, this role could be a great fit. // Key Responsibilities: • Support data collection activities such as surveys, interviews, and community feedback • Help track project indicators and contribute to regular monitoring reports • Assist with organizing evaluations, focus group discussions, and learning sessions • Help document what works well (and what doesn’t) so we can continuously improve our programs • Work closely with project staff and partners to make sure voices from the community are heard and reflected in our work. You don' need to be a MEAL expert - we’re looking for someone organized, curious, and motivated to learn.

Training during the activity

The volunteer will attend a pre-departure training to prepare for the opportunity, as well as an on-arrival training which will introduce the participants to the host country.
