Description
Join the ESC volunteering project at Kindergarten “Eureka” in Lithuania and become part of an international team supporting children’s growth through creativity, sustainability, and education. Volunteering at Eureka School means contributing to the development of responsible global citizens who understand the importance of sustainability and environmental protection. There are 4 areas where the volunteer will contribute: sustainability projects, educational support, health & wellbeing, and cultural integration. The volunteer will engage in sustainability workshops and promote a healthy lifestyle by participating in sports activities with children, assist senior teachers during educational activities, share their culture and language, and plan cultural events at the school.

Participant profile
As a volunteer at Kindergarten “Eureka”, you will support children’s learning and development through creative, educational, and community-based activities. Your main tasks will include:
• Assisting teachers during educational and outdoor activities
• Organizing creative recycling and sustainability workshops for children
• Supporting children’s daily routines and group activities
• Encouraging active and healthy lifestyles through games and outdoor play
• Sharing your culture, language, and traditions during school events
• Helping create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for children
• Developing and implementing a personal sustainability project with children (e.g., recycling, nature-based learning, eco-friendly habits)
• Participating in team meetings, trainings, and community events
• Contributing new ideas and creative activities for the kindergarten community
