Description
This year, Lucania Film Festival has decided to involve a team of European volunteers to strengthen the international dimension of the festival and create meaningful opportunities for learning and exchange. Volunteers will support the organization of screenings, cultural events, audience engagement activities, communication, and hospitality services. Working alongside festival staff, artists, and local volunteers, they will gain practical experience in cultural management, teamwork, and event organization while contributing to a vibrant international environment that fosters active citizenship, creativity, and European values. The festival is one of the most relevant cultural events dedicated to cinema in Southern Italy, attracting filmmakers, artists, and audiences from across Europe and beyond. Organized by Allelammie, the festival promotes independent cinema, cultural participation, and intercultural dialogue while enhancing the social and creative potential of rural territories.
