Description

We are looking for creative and motivated volunteers interested in communication and social media to join us at Fryshuset’s International Department. Your role will be key in expanding our digital presence and making sure our content reaches a diverse audience. Volunteer tasks include: • Managing and optimising our communication channels (Instagrams: @fryshusetyouthmobility, @fryshusetglobal , LinkedIn, Fryshuset newsletter and website) • Creating and posting engaging content, including photos, videos and articles about our events • Raising awareness about Fryshuset’s International Department projects and activities • Promoting EU mobility opportunities for youth through information points, outreach events, workshops, and communication campaigns. As a part of our team, you will be involved in the work of the International Department, contributing your ideas to strengthen Fryshuset’s social impact.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Participation in the project is fully covered by the European Solidarity Corps programme. Volunteers receive 4500 SEK per month as pocket and food money, as well as an SL public transport travel card. A private room in a shared accommodation is provided for participants coming from outside the city of activity. In case the participant already lives in Stockholm, financial compensation for accommodation is provided instead.

Training during the activity

You will participate in two mandatory trainings organised by the Swedish National Agency: on-arrival and mid-term trainings. Also, there will be an online Swedish course available for the volunteers.

Participant profile

We are looking for a volunteer who: • is interested in communication and social media marketing; social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and website management; • wants to work both independently and collaboratively in a team; • is proactive, curious, and not afraid to take initiative
