You will work in educational and social institutions, including: - schools; - high schools; - kindergartens; - day care centre for seniors. Alongside your daily activities, you will also take part in group activities, such as: - workshops and creative meetings; - group projects and trainings; - trips and partner events; - activities within the local community. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Central location: You will live in Wroclaw with easy access to public transport, shops, and city life. Accommodation: Comfortable shared housing in double rooms, with a fully equipped kitchen and access to a washing machine. Food & pocket money: You will receive monthly food and pocket money to cover your daily needs. Insurance: Full insurance coverage provided. Language support: Access to Polish language learning through OLS. Mentorship: Ongoing support from an experienced mentor Travel costs: Travel expenses to and from the project are covered according to programme rules

Training during the activity

**Pre-departure preparation**: Before starting the project, volunteers receive preparation and support from their Sending Organisation. **On-arrival training**: An introduction to Wroclaw, Polish culture and history, as well as an overview of the project structure, workplaces, and planned activities. **Ongoing reflection & evaluation**: Regular meetings with mentors and coordinators to reflect on the experience, discuss progress, and support personal development throughout the project. **Volunteers will additionally participate in a seminar organised by the National Agency.

Participant profile

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for motivated young people aged 18–30 who are interested in an international volunteering experience in Poland. We welcome participants who are open-minded, flexible, and curious about other cultures. A willingness to engage with Polish society and everyday life is important, as this project is based on real interaction and learning from each other. During the project, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills, share your own experiences, and take part in meaningful discussions about European values, culture, and society. We believe that solidarity is something we live through action. We encourage you to step out of your comfort zone, try new things, and make the most of your time here – both for your personal growth and for the local community you will be part of.
