https://canva.link/vhohgme7n56kpty We are looking for an empathetic, patient, and open-minded young person who would like to contribute to an inclusive community and support people with special needs. The volunteer should be respectful, understanding, and willing to learn from diverse experiences and perspectives. Participant profile: Tasks of the volunteer: 1. Support people with special needs during daily activities; 2. Assist staff in organizing inclusive recreational, educational, and social activities; 3. Accompany participants during outings, cultural activities; 4. Help prepare materials and spaces for activities and workshops; 5. Help document activities through photos, videos, social media content, or reports; 6. Share your culture, ideas, and experiences through intercultural activities and informal learning opportunities.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
-This project is part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme, which covers: -Accommodation: Provided in Lębork; -Food: Monthly allowance for meals; -Pocket money: Provided according to ESC rules; -Health insurance: Full coverage through Henner; -Local transportation: Covered for project-related activities.

Participant profile: 1. Interested in social inclusion, community engagement, and supporting people with special needs; 2. Empathetic, patient, and respectful towards people from different backgrounds and abilities; 3. Open-minded and willing to learn about disability inclusion and accessible participation; 4. Positive attitude and willingness to build meaningful relationships; 5. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team; 6. Responsible, reliable, and motivated to contribute to the wellbeing of others; 7. No previous experience is required; motivation and willingness to learn & grow; 8. At least B1 English level;
