https://canva.link/m9atoq29aikkg7k We are looking for a friendly, communicative, and caring young person who enjoys meeting new people and building connections across generations. The volunteer should be interested in promoting active ageing, social participation, and community wellbeing. Tasks of the volunteer: 1. Support the organization and implementation of activities for older adults, such as workshops, social gatherings, cultural events, and recreational activities; 2. Assist staff in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for seniors participating in community programs; 3. Help with the preparation of materials, event logistics, and the promotion of activities within the local community 4. Assist in documenting activities through photos, short reports, or social media content, while respecting privacy guidelines 5. Contribute ideas for new activities that promote active participation, wellbeing, and lifelong learning

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

-This project is part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme, which covers: -Accommodation: Provided in Lębork; -Food: Monthly allowance for meals; -Pocket money: Provided according to ESC rules; -Health insurance: Full coverage through Henner; -Local transportation: Covered for project-related activities.

1. Interested in social inclusion, community engagement, and supporting people with special needs; 2. Empathetic, patient, and respectful towards people from different backgrounds and abilities; 3. Open-minded and willing to learn about disability inclusion and accessible participation; 4. Positive attitude and willingness to build meaningful relationships; 5. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team; 6. Responsible, reliable, and motivated to contribute to the wellbeing of others; 7. Motivation and willingness to learn & grow; 8. At least B1 English level;
