Participant profile
**Volunteer details** We are looking for motivated volunteers to join our community-based printmaking and visual arts studio in Pécs, Hungary. The volunteering activity is connected to non-formal learning, creative collaboration and community engagement. Volunteers will take part in the daily life of the studio and support a wide range of activities related to printmaking, visual communication, workshops and cultural projects. Tasks may include assisting in screen-printing, risograph printing, simple bookbinding and other manual studio processes; helping with the preparation and documentation of workshops and public events; supporting communication tasks, including social media and basic visual content preparation; contributing to community projects developed together with local partners, young people and different target groups. Depending on the volunteer’s interests and skills, there will also be room for personal creative input and learning goals. The volunteer will be supported by the hosting team throughout the whole project and will gain experience in artistic production, community work, intercultural cooperation and non-formal education. **Participant profile** We are looking for open-minded, curious and responsible young people who are interested in art, community processes and collaborative learning. Previous experience in printmaking is not required, but motivation to learn, active participation and commitment to shared work are essential. The ideal volunteer is interested in visual culture, creativity, social issues and working with people from different backgrounds. We welcome participants who are flexible, communicative and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Since the volunteering activity includes practical studio work, workshop support and community-oriented tasks, it is important that the volunteer is willing to engage in both manual and organisational activities. We especially value empathy, openness to diversity, intercultural sensitivity and a genuine interest in solidarity-based projects.
