Description
Join our international team in a lively student city of Poznań, where we bring intercultural exchange, equality for all and opportunities to grow. What will you do as a volunteer? Support events such as the Logos NGO Party - 10th anniversary celebration, contribute to organising a tree planting workshop, plan and co-create various events, design and deliver workshops on social media literacy education, take part in intergenerational knowledge exchange on “digital environment” with youngsters and seniors, help with social media content creation, collaborate and brainstorm with your team to develop and bring your ideas to life. Additionally you will contribute to organisational tasks, including maintaining the workspace in proper condition and organising of the warehouse after events and activities. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Volunteers will be accommodated in shared rooms (2-3 people) in an international student dormitory. All volunteers receive monthly pocket money and food allowance and they are responsible for their own meals. Organisation provides electronic transport card charged for the project duration. Volunteers are assigned to program insurance for the whole mobility and during their travels. Travel costs are reimbursed according to EU program guidelines after the end of the project.
Training during the activity
You will grow through a dynamic learning journey combining trainings, hands-on experience, and personal development during the wjole project. Join workshops on Polish culture and language, explore eco-friendly practices, and discover how to travel on a budget especially across Poland. Learn to use VR technology, design and lead your own workshops, and turn your ideas into real activities. With weekly meetings, reflections, and Youthpass support, you’ll shape your learning path and develop skills like time management, leadership, independence, logistics, teamwork and more - that stay with you.
Participant profile
Youngsters aged 18-30 who are not afraid to: 🔴Work under time pressure, 🔴Deal with daily challenges, 🔴Ask questions, 🔴Take initiative, 🔴Communicate their doubts or problems, 🔴Speak english (at least intermediate level).
