Description
The project offers volunteers the opportunity to support youth mobility, international cooperation, and community engagement in Växjö, Sweden. Based at Globala Kronoberg and the SIP Network activity house, volunteers take an active role in promoting European opportunities for young people through social media, outreach activities, and public events.
Volunteers will create digital content, manage communication channels, organize workshops and cultural activities, and present information about international programmes in schools and youth centers. They are encouraged to develop and implement their own ideas and initiatives, contributing to the social and cultural life of the local community.
The project combines communication, event management, youth work, and intercultural learning, while providing space for creativity and personal development.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Volunteers will live in shared accommodation with a private bedroom and shared kitchen, bathroom, and common areas. Wi-Fi is provided. Participants receive monthly food and pocket money and prepare their own meals. To support daily commuting, volunteers are provided with either a bicycle or a local bus pass, depending on the distance between their accommodation and the workplace.
Training during the activity
Volunteers will participate in two trainings with the Swedish national agency, on-arrival training and mid-term training located in Stockholm. The volunteer will also learn how to drive with a trailer.
