Volunteer4Entrepreneurship
GREEK ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS - SEGE
Thessaloniki, Greece
Description
SEGE will host a volunteering team of 6 participants who will contribute to actions promoting entrepreneurship, with a particular focus on women’s entrepreneurship and empowerment. During the activity, volunteers will come into contact with SEGE members and entrepreneurs, gaining insight into their experiences, challenges, achievements, and impact within the business community. The volunteers will support the creation of creative awareness-raising campaigns highlighting SEGE’s work and its positive impact on its members. They will also contribute to the development of podcasts, short videos, interviews, and digital content featuring women entrepreneurs and their stories. Through these activities, the team will actively support SEGE’s mission, strengthen the visibility of its initiatives, and promote entrepreneurship as a tool for empowerment, inclusion, and social development.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Accommodation will be covered by the hosting organisation and provided in shared apartments and/or shared rooms, depending on availability. The room division will take into account participants’ preferences and expressions of interest, where possible. A food allowance will be provided to participants before their arrival. Local transportation costs will be covered through an allowance for tickets. For travel to/from Thessaloniki, participants will purchase their own tickets and will be reimbursed according to the applicable travel reimbursement rules. Pocket money: 7EUR/day
