Description
Become an ecological ambassador in Gliwice and at our centre in Miedzybrodzie Bialskie. You run and support eco workshops and actions, from cleaning parks and forests to zero-waste campaigns, building on projects like "Zero Time to Waste" and "Soft skills on the green labour market". For someone who wants to turn climate concern into concrete action. Act as a green ambassador in our ecology work, building on projects like Zero Time to Waste, How to train Green Jobs and Ambasadorowie Sprawiedliwej Transformacji. What you do: help run eco-workshops, take part in clean-up actions in parks and forests, support study visits and eco events, co-create scenarios for ecological classes, and support zero-waste campaigns and our educational RPG games.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
The foundation provides a furnished room in Gliwice, within easy reach of our office. Volunteers receive a monthly food allowance (6 EUR per day) and pocket money (6 EUR per day), about 360 EUR per month in total. Travel costs to and from Poland are reimbursed according to European Solidarity Corps distance bands, and every volunteer is covered by the ESC insurance scheme. Some activities take place at our educational centre in Miedzybrodzie Bialskie in the Beskidy mountains; transport for these trips is organised and covered by the foundation.
Training during the activity
The volunteer receives preparatory support before departure, on-arrival training and a mid-term evaluation organised by the Polish National Agency, weekly Polish language support plus access to the Online Language Support (OLS), a personal mentor with regular one-to-one meetings, and ongoing support from the coordinating team. Learning outcomes are documented throughout the activity and confirmed with a Youthpass certificate.

- Age 18 to 30, passionate about ecology and sustainability - No prior expertise needed - Comfortable in English - Ready for outdoor, hands-on work We welcome applications from young people with fewer opportunities. No qualifications or previous experience are required; motivation matters most.
