🌍 Spend 353 days in Budapest, create, connect and make science more engaging!

Join Proteus Foundation for a long-term European Solidarity Corps experience focused on science communication and digital media. 🎥 You’ll create interviews, short videos, podcasts, visuals and social media content around scientific and social topics.

🤝 You’ll also take part in workshops, community events and collaborations with students, researchers and civil organisations.

💡 Bring your own ideas, develop mini-projects with mentoring support, and grow your communication, media, teamwork and project skills along the way.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

🏠 Your stay in Budapest is covered! Accommodation will be arranged by Proteus Foundation, so you can focus on the experience.

🍽️ You will receive ESC financial support for food and personal expenses.

🚇 A Budapest public transport pass will be provided for getting around the city.

✈️ Travel to and from Budapest will be supported according to the European Solidarity Corps rules and distance-based travel contribution.

Throughout your ESC experience, you will receive continuous mentoring and learning support from the Proteus team. You will develop practical skills in science communication, digital content creation, teamwork, project planning and community engagement.

We’re searching for a creative, open-minded volunteer ready to explore interviews, videos, podcasts, visuals, social media and community events. You don’t need to be an expert — curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn matter most. 💡 You’ll also have space to develop your own ideas and mini-projects with mentoring support.
