European Solidarity Corps

The power of together

EcoSpark

Asociatia Alternativa Eco

Timișoara, Romania

Description

EcoSpark is a long-term ESC volunteering project in Timișoara, Romania, where volunteers spend 6–12 months working with children and young people. Volunteers support non-formal education in schools and kindergartens, environmental campaigns, social inclusion activities and digital education. They can also take part in cultural initiatives, local festivals, community activities and summer camps.

The project offers space for creativity and personal initiative. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own ideas, develop workshops and educational activities, and actively contribute to the local community. It is a great opportunity to gain practical experience, develop new skills, meet people from different backgrounds and create a meaningful experience abroad.
