Description
The project combines practical outdoor work, community life and leadership training. Participants will work together on tasks such as landscape maintenance, working with wood and taking care of the project site, while learning new practical skills through hands-on experience.Leadership workshops and group activities will be integrated into everyday project life, encouraging participants to take initiative, develop their own ideas and learn how they can create a positive impact in their communities. At the same time, living and working together as an international group creates space for cultural exchange, personal development and learning from each other.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Accommodation and food are fully provided throughout the project. Participants will stay together at the project venue, with shared bedrooms, bathrooms, two shared kitchens and several large common rooms.
Food will be organized and prepared together as part of community life. Participants will be able to use the Deutschlandticket, allowing them to use local and regional public transport throughout Germany during the project. Bicycles and a local on-demand bus service are available for transportation in the surrounding area.
Training during the activity
A central part of the project will be leadership training, combining workshops with practical learning-by-doing experiences. Participants will explore topics such as communication, teamwork, taking responsibility, decision-making and turning ideas into action.
The aim is to encourage participants to discover their own strengths, develop confidence in taking initiative and learn how they can create a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
Participant profile
We are looking for open-minded, curious and motivated young people aged 18–30 who are interested in international community life, practical work and personal development.
Participants should be willing to take an active role in the project, work together as a team and contribute to everyday community life. We especially welcome people who are interested in developing their leadership skills, taking responsibility and finding ways to make a positive impact in their communities and the world around them.
No previous experience or special qualifications are required. What matters most is your motivation, openness to new experiences and willingness to learn and contribute.
