Activity description

As a volunteer within our festival you will closely work together with us in different theatre, music and art productions. You will learn to work within the festival organisation about the different structural parts (project management, PR, Social Media, etc.). While you will work often at the desk in our office, you will also dive into different productions and support these production in the development phase.

Training during the activity

Once per month, a training session in Project Management, Cultural Mediation and other topics will be organized; in addition, we will organize monthly freetime activities (city trips, outdoor activities, sport, culture etc.) together with other volunteers of the region.

Participant profile

We're looking for a volunteer who comes along with a good portion of empathy. Social skills are very relevant for this job. It would be lovely if you have experience in project managemet.
