Activity description
We are looking for a talented communicator to administer our social media accounts and to manage our monthly magazine. Firstly, you will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way. Able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. Secondly, you will guide our journalism camps in the development and creation of the organization's monthly magazine "UNA", focusing on an Environmental Protection theme. This is a great opportunity to get creative! The design will depend entirely on you and the group, following our guidelines and requirements.Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
During the workcamps the leaders will share a double or quadruple room in a house fully equipped. Beds are provided, however, volunteers should bring their own warm sleeping bags. Food is provided and everyone is expected to do their fair share of the cooking and cleaning. We provide a well-balanced and healthy variety of food products that includes a wide variety of whole grains, seasonal fruits & vegetables, pantry staples, dairy products, and vegetarian/vegan options. Transportation-related to the workcamps will be provided by the organization.Training during the activity
The project reflects learning opportunities for the volunteers as well as for our organization and the community where it will take place. By hosting ESC volunteers, we bring another long-term international dimension to the organization with our internship program, educational tours and short-term projects. Discovering many kinds of new techniques related to environmental sustainability, new skills, a new language, involving children and youngsters in creative sessions, and taking responsibility to realize an own project.Participant profile
We are looking for enthusiastic, self-driven candidates who are able to work independently on project Social media manager experience. Hands-on experience in content management. Excellent copywriting skills. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video). Knowledge of online marketing channels. Familiarity with web design. Excellent communication skills. Analytical and multitasking skills An Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate level of English is require. Motivated to live with other international volunteers and lead a sustainable lifestyle and fight global warming.Activity dates
