Activity description

As a European Solidarity Corps volunteer with us, you will have the opportunity to engage in a range of exciting activities that promote personal growth, community development, and intercultural exchange. Arts, Drama, Writing for Youth Engagement: Organize creative workshops and encourage young people to express themselves through various forms of artistic expression Media Materials: capturing essence of our activities and promote youth engagement in Mussomeli through campaigns, podcasts, videos other innovative media, etc. Promoting EU Values, Solidarity, and Volunteering in local youth: Educate local youth about the values of the European Union, the importance of solidarity, and the benefits of volunteering within the European contex

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Volunteers will be involved in activities 5 days per week, with a maximum of 35 working hours. They will live together in the beautiful Spinnato palace, a historical place in the centre of Mussomeli, right above Strauss APS headquarters. The flat is very large and contains all the necessary facilities, including a large terrace. The volunteer will receive a total amount of 342,00€, which include pocket money as established by the programme and pocket food.

Participant profile

Aged between 18 and 30. Passion for youth engagement and non-formal education. Communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility, adaptability, and an open-minded attitude. Passion for media and story telling (podcasts, videos, etc.)
