UNISER is a social co-operative established in 1998 and located in Forlì (center-north of Italy) providing, developing and managing learning mobility services. Hereafter some of the co-operative main activities and networks.
LEARNING MOBILITY FOR EDUCATION, TRAINING AND YOUTH : Uniser designs, develops and manages mobility projects in cooperation with public bodies, schools, VET centers, universities, NGOs, enterprises and social partners. The cooperative delivers incoming and outgoing mobility experiences (internships, study visits and volunteering) to around 500 users per year. Based on their needs, Uniser supports VET providers to: structure their Erasmus+ projects in all the phases of the project’s cycle; define the destinations, involving and coordinating European partners and companies;organize all-inclusive training experiences in Italy through its network of companies; provide pre-departure trainings for participants and facilitating the recognition of competencies acquired abroad. Offer follow-up and guidance to participants for a future work experience abroad though the Programme Your First Eures Job.
LEARNING MOBILITY FOR BUSINESS :Uniser supports and collaborates with a network of over 200 partner companies in Emilia-Romagna for European internships and/or study visits. Since 2010 Uniser offers local businesses the opportunity to train and hire junior profiles through the Moving Generation project (www.movingeneration.net). From 2013 with the "Moving Generation Pro" project (VETPRO), the cooperative also supports companies involved in internationalization processes, through the mobility of human resources managers.
GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT TO MOBILITY -In the last two years Uniser offered guidance and support to mobility through Mobilitas (www.mobilitasonline.net), a pilot project for providing support to those who want to live an experience of work or volunteering abroad. At the end of the piloting, the service was financed by the Bologna University to provide its student support in the identification of learning experiences abroad in line with their course. Uniser is partner of iMove Orienta, a Youth Guarantee project with the aim to provide guidance services to young people in the Emilia Romagna though mobility experiences. The service is implemented with the support of the Europe Direct centers and local Chambers of Commerce. Since 2016 Uniser is also the contact point for the EURES service, and partner in the project "Your first EURES Job" coordinated by the French Employment Services. In the framework of the project Uniser provides guidance and financial support for job interviews and workers re-location in another European country.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT The cooperative is committed to be at the forefront of mobility services, that’s why it has created a R&D department aimed at developing innovation through these projects:- LLP Leonardo network iMove (www.imovenetwork.org) aimed at is building a network of mobility consortia to ensure that at least the 6% of students graduating from vocational education experienced an internship abroad.- Uniser is the coordinator of the KA2 Youth “European Badge Alliance” which is developing digital badges for the recognition of competences learned in non-formal and informal contexts.
- KA2 VET “Eqamob” a project aimed to introduce a label for certifying the quality of organizations working with mobility.

Furthermore, since 2008 member of Euroguidance Italy's national network (www.euroguidance.it) and the European network Contact 2103 (www.contact-2103.org). In 2015 Uniser joined the EfVET network (www.efvet.org)
