Located in Bethlehem city, Palestine, the Palestinian Youth Action Centre for Community Development (LAYLAC) was established on May 25th, 2005, and has been officially registered with the Palestinian Ministry of Youth and Sport since April 11th, 2006. LAYLAC focuses on providing various social and educational programs and services to empower Palestinian youth and promote community development. The organization works to promote civic engagement, social cohesion, cultural heritage, and Palestinian identity and engages in approaches of community mobilization, popular education, and participatory planning processes to address the specific needs of the local population.
