Sund Folk College aims at being a “school for life - oriented to the world”! Sund is founded on being a political and religious independent non-profit school.
Sund Folk College is dedicated to community involvement. Especially three areas are important to us; international solidarity, sustainable development and the value of art and culture. These three areas dominate both the education and the daily life at the school.
All the three areas go on long study trips. These trips will together with the rest of the program, give the students a new understanding of the world we live in.
The courses provided at Sund Folk College are;
• Global Sports
• The UN major
• Photo USA
• Jazz
• Amazon Rain Forest
• Developing Countries
. Sports fishing

Academic program includes both one-year and ½-year studies, supplied with numerous short-courses. Students live on campus housing a total of 115 including approx. 10 international students each year. Students hold a minimum age of 18 and an average of 20 years.
Staff holds approx. 20 persons, including teachers, technical and administrative staff.
