Description of organisation

The Republican Center for Children and Youth “Artico” is a state, non-profit institution that offers development opportunities for youth and children through non-formal education techniques. During 2014-2015, more than 4,000 people aged between 3 and 32, benefited from Artico’s projects. They were involved in activities focused on social inclusion and non-formal education. Under the “Artico” Center supervision were developed over 20 national projects which aimed to facilitate and encourage active citizenship.Understanding and recognizing the importance of non-formal education and learning process, we would like to extend our cooperation at the international level, doing our best to supply young people with information, training and opportunities available. At the same time we are open to share our experience and good practices on youth activities, social involvement, the power of art and cultural diversity.In the period of December 2015, Artico had received approval for EVS Accreditation as sending organization.
