description of organisation

All Saints Family Support Center (VŠŠPC) was established in 2004. As we move to the second decade, we strive to improve, be innovative, professional and responsible in helping everyone: child, adult and family. VŠŠPC employs are professional social workers and psychologists who work with the family, with the children, work with each individual and work in groups.
Our social services aim to provide family support and support, promoting positive parenting in the family, build on positive social learning, and raise a harmonious, motivated, proactive and positive family. We strive for personal and societal growth, thus creating a safer, psychologically healthier society that is more responsive to negative social changes.

Our vision: to become a temporary stop for a struggling person and family, but a long and strong space for the community.

Social services provided by All Saints Family Support Center:
* Individual social worker consultations for children and adults;
* Individual psychologist consultations for children and adults;
* Positive Parenthood;
*Family Counselling (Family Strong Relationship Program);
*Children‘s Day Care Center:

Children‘s Day Care Center activities at All Saints Family Support Center are structed to respond the needs of children – parents, develop, maintain and promote children‘s social , emotional and spiritual skills (wide range of programs are organized), provide full integration into society , and ensure safety. The programs are run by a social worker, artist and other professionals in their field. Volunteers from abroad and Lithuania are coming to help professionals. All Saints Family Support Center has three separate groups of Children‘s Day Care Center: Kids group (7 - 10 yrs.), a Teenage group (11 – 13 yrs.) and a teens group (14 – 18 yrs.), where work with children is clearly structured:
*Homework preparation;
*Lunch;
*Educational program;
*Reflection (talk of the day).

Each group uses plans to promote and support prosocial behavior, which are individually tailored to each child. The behavioral correction plan aims to nurture and maintain appropriate and desirable behavior for the child. During the day reflection, behavioral expression is discussed, and conflict resolution skills are developed in order to teach children how to solve conflicts. On Thursdays, a group of little ones and teens (11 – 14 yrs.) attend St. Mass at All Saints Church.
