Description of organisation
Ganimede Ltd is an educational social company born with idea to empower civil society to get a better future looking
beyond the national borders. Our Trainers and International experts provide a comprehensive service covering all educational needs
of our members. Our members get trainings and education thought the high competencies of our internal staff. We combine formal
and no formal education using innovative methods and new teaching methodologies. Main aim is to increase the participants
performance in self job coaching and personal skills improvement. We try to help everyone to find its own talent professional staff
follows the educational process of the training's participants since the begining to the end of the training session. We organise
meetings for different target groups, with people from different backgrounds. The aim is to enlarge points of view and to share
informations,fears, project proposals.
At Ganimede, we believe that education should be life’s great opportunity – the time when every child’s talents and potential can be
recognised and then realised, regardless of their background.
But too many times, for too many students, this is not the case. In fact, statistics show that outcomes at school are strongly
correlated with incomes at home.
In response, Ganimede develops and supports programmes to help level the playing field. Our programmes fall into three main
strands:
Teacher-led innovation: We fund some of the brightest minds in teaching to develop big new ideas to improve student outcomes.
First, we identify early stage projects through Let Teachers Ganimede, and then, we provide further funding and support to the most
promising approaches to scale up their projects.
School-based partnerships: We invest in a number of projects that have been developed in partnership with schools. Examples
include our primary science programme, Labs, and Student leaders, a peer mentoring programme currently running in London.
