The Upper Secondary School "Academia Lope de Vega Sociedad Cooperativa Andaluza" is a private school with public funding which was established in Córdoba in 1986. Exceding 500 students and a staff of about 40 teachers, our college provides with a non-compulsory official education to our studens, who are older than 16 years old. Morover, we have a Guidance Department which works with our students with specific sducational needs in support of integration. We also have a team of people who plan and manage all kinds of international projects and complementary activities for our college.

In this Upper Secondary School there are two kinds of teaching: Baccalaureate and Vocational Training courses. The first one is lead to study at the university; and the second one, to perform any job dealing with their studies.

With regards to Baccalaurate teaching, there are three different modules offered: the Humanities and Social Science module, the Natural Science and the Science and Engineering module. Each module lasts two complete academic years and after that, they could go to the university or study an Advanced Vocational Training course.

In the Vocational Training course there are two teaching levels: Intermediate Vocational Training course (students from 16 years old) and the Advanded Vocational Training course (students from 18 years old). The fieds of vocational training courses are Marketing and Office Administration and Information Technology.

This organisation holds a European Solidarity Corps Quality Label. The Quality Label certifies that the organisation is able to run projects in compliance with the principles and objectives of the European Solidarity Corps.
