Description of organisation

Non-governmental non-profit organization of research and social diplomacy "International Center "FALCOGROUP" - the territory of globalization, internationalization, democratization, intellectualization.
Organization of work on the development of youth initiatives, development of intercultural dialogue, implementation of innovative projects in non-formal education. To create a mechanism for the development of youth movement in Russia in the process of democratization of civil society and development of European consciousness. To promote human rights values and approaches, in particular democracy and intercultural dialogue.
Target group: children and adolescents 7-17 years old, youth 18-35 years old, adults 35 +, people with disabilities, local communities.
Objectives:
- To explore and understand intercultural dialogue and cultural diversity as concepts and group processes;
- To develop participant's competences in the field of intercultural dialogue;
- To provide tools for multiplication and development of intercultural dialogue;
- To identify possible areas of work and strategies to promote intercultural dialogue in the realities of the participants;
- To facilitate communication between participants and motivate youth and potential leaders to participate in the development of intercultural dialogue.

- To study the institution of civil society through participation in the activities of non-profit organizations of the city of Krasnodar.
Main projects:
1. International Communication MOST camp. It was establised in 2009, the shifts of the camps involve 600 children and teenagers each year, and volunteers from more than 18 countries.
2. Caucasus Point. The scientifically-analytical project. The main objective is to strengthen youth work in conflict transformation and intercultural dialogue. To bring together young people from conflict regions and to support them in initiating dialogue and cooperation. To establish and maintain close ties, mutual understanding, interaction and cooperation between regional organizations; to hold annual ethnic festivals of North Caucasian peoples (North Caucasus Dance and Song Festival, Theatre Festival). The project also works for joint events/exchanges within the framework of national/ethnic groups of young people from different conflict regions of the North Caucasus in the field of intercultural education, conflict transformation and human rights education, provides theoretical foundations and common guidelines for participants. The project aims to develop initiatives as peer leaders and multipliers with other young people on dialogue and conflict transformation in their communities. Central to the project concept is motivation and opportunity to live, learn, and discuss with other young people with whom it can otherwise be very difficult to have contact or cooperation. The project aims to promote human rights values and approaches, in particular, democracy and intercultural dialogue.
3. the International Institute for Social and Digital Diplomacy. (Krasnodar-Kairo-Wien). Development and support of the importance of personal and social contacts between young people in Russia and around the world through intercultural dialogue on the basis of information and computer technologies.
4. Volunteer activities will take place at the Kuban Civil Society Support Resource Center, on the basis of which project activities will take place. The Resource Center includes over 400 partner organizations working with different target groups. Volunteers will create non-formal learning activities, as well as awareness & charity events for children, youth & other social groups of the local community on various important social topics (human rights, tolerance, interculturality, sustainability & environmental issues, education & accessibility, European identity & citizenship, etc). At the same time they will actively contribute to dissemination activities & the promotion of Erasmus+ & ESC programs, both through direct contact with the locals, but also through media & online platforms. Moreover, the Vs will have the chance to expand their knowledge & skills by participating in different educational activities, such as workshops on the basics of proposal project writing, youth coaching & facilitation, the principles of civil society, & training on their field of preference, since Falcogroup cooperates with a large network of experts in different fields.
