“Evolution Trade Union” is an non-governmental organization/trade union that is located in the Republic of Latvia.
We represent the interests of the youth and contribute to the development of the individuality. The main objective of the “Evolution Trade Union” is to unite the youth employees to joint action to express their own views and defend their economic, social and professional rights and interests.

Organization supports and promotes the multilateral development of the members, especially, with a great focus on youth. Our organization protects and stands for democratic values, justice, human rights and sustainability and it is created to serve through education, training and career advancement. In particular, in the formal/non-formal manner, which answer the needs of a modern civil society.

Organization is interested in youth exchanges, trainings and networking, strategic partnerships, capacity building, meetings between young people and decision-makers, European Solidarity Corps.

Main focuses of organization are youth employment and entrepreneurship; culture, religion and diversity; social inclusion; creativity; innovations; health and sports; rights and gender equality; minorities; peace and democracy; non-formal education.
We aim to provide tools and workplace in order to enhance the creative and innovative capacities of young people in ways that are relevant to employability. By increasing youth awareness, intelligence, competences, experiences. By making them more attractive in the sector of their economic, social and professional interest and by encouraging young people to get involved in labour market, firstly as employers (by raising their knowledge of business as well as their self-confidence).

We want to stimulate their ambitions and motivation to develop a better life/future for them. Overall, to promote their active participation at the local and international level in the civil society.
