Description of organisation

IDEA LAB FOUNDATION is formed by young professionals practicing within the fields of social innovation and research for both formal and non-formal practices and professional consultancy services. Under the research department developing publications, providing and organizing trainings and conferences, workshops in different levels and participants. Supporting development of civil society by cooperating with several NGOs in Poland and other countries of Europe as well as
Caucasus Area and giving full support for the organizational structure of NGOs in different societies and support the cooperation between them during trainings and after. Currently focusing on the active citizenship and social inclusion topics working with migrants and engaging youth with the social innovation and entrepreneurship themes in Poland. Moreover, actively involvement and cooperation with European Youth Forum in Brussels as experts that are working for last years for the recognition of NFE together with Quality Assurance of NFE and organized and took part actively in publications and facilitation role in several meetings which came to final stages. In addition to that IDEA*LAB cooperates with creative and innovative several youth workers throughout Poland in order
to support the expertise both physical and financial ways of youth workers and also development of youth work as sector in Poland. In addition to our experts, IDEA*LAB has 4 young, motivated and experienced youth workers supporting and cooperating in different researches that is developed for youth policy within Poland and Europe. Moreover, organization and realization of several trainings, seminars and conferences with the expert trainers and facilitators. Within the cooperation of European Youth Forum and other international and especially national platforms have been involved on initiatives within the recognition of youth work as national and European level. In short, having the full expertise at all levels of youth work, coming also background of project management and development as well as impact and monitoring, and having being managers of bigger scale projects IDEA*LAB as partner and their experts as key persons perfectly fitting and very relevant for this project and strong applicant organization with it's capacity with the resources that has in it's nature. Right now together with the official partners working on the (long term KA2 project 2016-2018) youth migration in Baltic countries and trying to develop policies together with the partner from Lithuania of this project application. Research on the migration policy and shadow reports as well as defining cross sectoral cooperation on the topic and as a result final international conference organzied in 13- 15 September 2018. Now IDEA LAB is already patrtner of KA2 Focus on youth services topic as the implementing partner in Poland 2019-2021. Lastly, we have this year approved 4 projects KA105 Youth Exchange on Social inclusion of migrants through art, Developing resilience in youth work, Youth are the tolerance, and Digital Security in Youth Work. In short, applicant organization is very much actual and experienced in the topic of migration and social inclusion topics with activities they have organized and/or been part of during last years under different forms (as experts individually, training and research) and now as IDEA LAB FOUNDATION. Digital Youth Work is one of the passion and also the advantage of previously being located in IT start-up inqubator our foundation is working to connect the social benefits with digitalization and thus contribution to youth work development.
