The sociale cooperative "FERRANTI APORTI" is a society established in 1986, it’s a non-profit organization, that has a solid, reliable and concrete history based on mutual principles, all the partners contribute to the management of services and to the development of the status co., their skills and resources, with a view to mutual responsibility and sharing. The values of mutuality extend to the entire community through the services offered and the reinvestment of positive management results in social activity. Each intervention is guided by the recognition of the centrality and globality of every individual recognise, understood as a bearer of rights, in the educational, socio-welfare and integrated health sector. This principle translates more concretely into respecting user needs and enhancing the work partner. In this perspective, starting from the real needs of citizens (minors, young people, women, the elderly, immigrants, etc.), the Cooperative formulates a specific and personalized offer to the reference context to improve their economic, social and professional conditions. The recognition of the value of each person translates into the awareness that operators and users are constantly engaged in an exchange relationship from which everyone can give and draw. For this reason, operators are required to have an operating method that is professional, competent, responsible and simultaneously empathic. Each of them is required

In carrying out their duties, our members conduct conduct inspired by transparency and moral integrity, taking into account the various social, economic, political and cultural contexts of reference and, in particular, the values of honesty, fairness and good faith.
Each of them works with colleagues of any nationality, culture, religion, race and social class. Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated.
The cooperative is made up of over thirty years of members including volunteers and workers and is structured according to an avant-garde organizational model, configuring itself as a modern medium-sized social enterprise, with agile management tools and widespread horizontal responsibility for the social structure. The social and economic sector in which it operates is that of the production of socio-educational and health services to individuals in the underage sectors - of families - of non-profit enterprises and of the territory, understood as the set of services and educational and training agencies. .
The spirit with which the cooperative operates is that of collaboration with all entities, public and private, aimed at better arranged of the needs and consequently of the objectives of each service and enhancing the social, qualitative and quantitative results. Also with respect to its employees and partners, the spirit is that of enhancing people, growth and empowering shared processes.
In particular, for more than a few years he has been accredited by the Puglia Region as a TRAINING Body having the qualification for a training center in the city of Brindisi; - it is still proposed to manage primary services in agreement with Apulian Local Authorities: Family Center; Custody Service, Social Secretariat, Good Service Inquiry, Emergency Social Assistance, Multidimensional Evaluation Unit and specialist technical assistance at the Piano, Game Stores, Game Libraries, ludo bus office; - implements effective and efficient active policies at work through qualification, retraining, professional retraining activities aimed at acquiring a minimum level of skills, and updating and improvement; - implement the promotion of new employment opportunities and growth of new entrepreneurship, activating social policies with particular attention to the training of disadvantaged people, the promotion of equal opportunities, the phenomena of early school leaving and early school leaving, the insertion or reintegration of unemployed long-term within the labor market; currently the utmost attention to support a continuity of employment addressed to women and in particular to young people through the management of Nursery Schools, Kindergartens, Consultants, Anti-violence Centers, Family Services, Immigrant helpdesk, Home care, Creative workshops, Craft workshops and professional.
