Our organisation, "Armenian Regional Youth" NGO, was established in 2016. The main target group of the organisation are young people of 16-35 years from the provinces of Armenia. Organization's main aim is to become a platform for the young people from different provinces of Armenia, where they can express
themselves, raise issues concerning them, participate in a number of programs, as well as carry out various programs that aim at solving those issues.
The mission of the organisation is to unify the efforts and potential of the members and target group of the organisation in order to contribute to the activation and development of social life in the provinces of Armenia and to promote the involvement of regional youth in different spheres of social life, providing young people from provinces with relevant skills and knowledge.
To contribute to this mission the organisation aims to enhance the participation of the regional youth in international programs, workshops, and conferences and to foster non-formal education in the provinces of Armenia, convening youth conferences, scientific conferences, organizing lectures, seminars, debates, thematic meetings and discussions on various topics for regional youth.
The activities of our organisation are carried out through commissions, and the activity of a commission is controlled by the head of the commission. Now the organisation has the following commissions: the Commission on International Contacts, the Commission on Educational and Scientific Issues, the Commission on the Development of the Regions, the Commission on Human Rights Issues, the Commission on Cultural and Sports Issues, the Commission of Public Relations,
the Commission on Environmental Issues. Each Commission is planning, developing and carrying out their own activities and events. The head of the commission together with the members schedules the days of meetings of the commission. The members and volunteers of the organisation are 16-35 years old. Any young person from the provinces of Armenia can become a volunteer or a member of the organisation in accordance with the statutes and internal regulations.
