NGO Center for Business and Employment Support helps the inhabitants of the Moravian-Silesian Region, to increase their "entrepreneurship", especially in relation to the labor market. It helps small or novice entrepreneurs, freelancers or employees to improve their jobs. There are also incubator of social innovations and small not-for-profit projects.
The target groups are possible to divide into three groups: youth, women with little children and everyone else. The organization works with a wide range of clients. Some supporting services are for all, but some projects are focused on special groups. The development for all these groups is very important for us due to all inhabitants have a great potential for development our region.
The district of Karviná is one of the few districts in which there is a decline in population and a long-term decline in the number of business entities. The mission of our organization is to change this trend.
Center for Business and Employment Support Center has office in center of Havířov. For our work we have a space of 120 m2. Three days a week we have open coworking, which has created an interesting community of start-up entrepreneurs. In addition, there are educational seminars organized by our organization or external lecturers. Currently there are a series of 8 interesting free professional seminars for women with young children.
Furthermore, there is an incubator of non-profit projects, where we try to help young people and small non-profit organizations from the Moravian-Silesian Region in preparing non-profit projects to improve their surroundings.
From January, we will start new activities - business breakfast (every month activity). This activity includes a lecture and subsequently support the creation of networking of current and beginning entrepreneurs.
From February, we will launch series of training sessions for a virtual assistant / online marketing specialist. This course is aimed at women with young children and young people. The knowledge of this issue in conjunction with the business community should lead to their freelancing.
