Description of organisation

Global Eagles United (GEU) is a Non for Profit organization that promotes international sporting activities starting from Germany and across Europe. The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purpose and has a primary aim to use sport as a medium to contribute to the understanding of the uniqueness of our human nature irrespective of our multiallelism to ignite a concerted spirit of solidarity in the pursuit of peaceful coexistence in our world. In essence, GEU wants to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals, contribute to the empowerment of individuals, and promote the development of inclusive European communities through her activities and programs. Sporting activities are vital in the efforts to give young people purpose and a sense of community and to discourage them from criminal activities and gang affiliations. Therefore, using sports as art to speak to the world and to refine the competencies of those engaged or willing to start a career in sports in communication, finance, and team building, we intend to imbue confidence in young athletes and sports managers to join in the efforts to ensure the realization of the sustainable development goals through community mobilization. Since research shows that many professional athletes use their social and financial status to help others, therefore GEU will serve as a medium through which sports professionals can see community needs and challenges in the pursuit of their social and civic responsibility. Our programs and projects are designed and implemented focusing on the intrinsic and alienable dignity of the human person therefore, religion and politics are neutral at the core of our activities and organization. Finally, our experience from the field shows the need to improve the process of sports professionalization, that is the internal process in which sports activities and sports organization operate, GEU will champion the demand for quality in sports competition because formalizing sports activities and procedures leads to
achieving the expected results of participating athletes and also that of sports managers and organizations.



Global Eagles United (GEU) ist eine gemeinnützige Organisation, die Sportaktivitäten fördert, beginnend in Deutschland und über ganz Europa verteilt. Der Verband verfolgt ausschließlich und direkt wohltätige Zwecke, mit dem Hauptziel Sport als Mittel zum Verständnis der einzigartigen menschlichen Natur zu nutzen. Ungeachtet unserer multikulturellen Vielfalt soll ein gemeinschaftlicher Teamgeist entfachtet werden, mit dem Streben nach einer friedlichen Koexistenz in unserer Welt.

Im Wesentlichen hat sich GEU zum Ziel gesetzt, die Gesundheit und das Wohlbefinden von Individuen zu verbessen, einen Beitrag zur Unterstützung eines jeden Individuums zu leisten, und die Entwicklung der europäischen Gemeinschaft durch entsprechende Aktivitäten und Programme zu fördern. Sportaktivitäten sind entscheidend in der Bemühung jungen Leuten einen Gemeinschaftssinn zu vermitteln, und sie von kriminellen Aktivitäten und Gangmitgliedschaften abzuhalten.

Indem Sport als eine Kunst verwendet wird mit der Welt zu kommunizieren, und gleichzeitig die Kompetenzen der Teilnehmenden oder denjenigen, die eine Karriere im Sportbereich, in der Kommunikation, im Finanzbereich und im Teambuilding anstreben zu verfeinern, beabsichtigen wir Selbstbewusstsein bei jungen Athleten und Sportmanagern aufzubauen. Sie sollen Bemühungen anstreben, die Realisierung von nachhaltigen Entwicklungszielen durch Gemeinschaftsmobilisierung sicherzustellen.

Da Forschung zeigt, dass viele professionelle Athleten ihren finanziellen und sozialen Status dazu benutzen anderen zu helfen, wird GEU in einer Vermittlungsrolle stehen, durch welche professionelle Sportler Gemeinschaftsbedarf und Herausforderungen sehen können, im Streben nach der sozialen und bürgerlichen Verantwortung.

Unsere Programme und Projekte sind so gestaltet und durchgeführt, dass die essenzielle und absolute Würde eines Menschen im Focus steht. Aus diesem Grund sind Religion und Politik absolut neutral was das Zentrum unserer Aktivitäten und Organisationen betrifft.

Abschließend ist zu betonen, dass unsere Erfahrungen auf diesem Feld einen Bedarf nach einer Prozessverbesserung im Bereich der Professionalisierung des Sports zeigen. Durch diesen internen Prozess funktionieren sportliche Aktivitäten und Sportorganisationen.

GEU wird als Verfechter der Nachfrage für Qualität in Sportwettbewerben fungieren. Indem sportliche Aktivitäten und Vorgehensweisen formalisiert werden, werden die zu erwartenden Resultate sowohl der teilnehmenden Athleten erreicht als auch von Sportmanagern und Organisationen.
