Asociación Dinámika is social non-profit organization placed in Salamanca, established in 2000, to respond to problematic situations in society, promoting social participation, dynamization, equality and solidarity. It is mainly dedicated to the execution of training and cultural projects and programs.

MISSION
DINÁMIKA aims to respond to situations of social inequality, from prevention and guidance, promoting training and innovation processes, always promoting community development.

VISION
Serve normalized or socially disadvantaged people, always within a process of quality and good practices.

VALUES
Equality: All people are worthy of fundamental rights, without being discriminated against or marginalized.
Solidarity: commitment to understand the realities of others and help each other.
Participation as social justice: within a community, intervention in social reality to transform it by involving people.
Transparency: information on the achievement of the aims, the management and the results.

The Association pursues the following general interest purposes:

- The dissemination and defense of fundamental human rights.
- The protection of children in situations of social risk:
- Promote youth participation, information, training and activities.
- The implementation, execution and evaluation of leisure programs aimed at young people.
- Defend the family, in its different forms, understood as a plural reality.
- Promote equal opportunities between women and men.
- Promote the fight against violence and care for groups of women with specific problems.
- Improve the quality of life, the promotion of equal opportunities and the social and labor integration of the disabled.
- Promote the integration of immigrants into society.
- Promote quality of life, social participation and care for the elderly.
- Respect, defend and promote the equality of ethnic minorities and other social and cultural minorities, facilitating their integration.
- Encourage the social and labor integration of drug addicts and former drug addicts as well as improve their quality of life.
- Prevent situations of social exclusion and favor the integration of certain people or groups for reasons of sexual orientation and identity.
- Favor the care and integration of chronically ill patients.
- It facilitates the care and integration of those people or groups in situations of marginalization, vulnerability or social exclusion.
- Promote respect for the environment.
- Promote volunteering and other initiatives of the social fabric.
- Facilitate the training of social agents who work in different sectors of the population.
- Guide the management of associations, initiatives, entities, and community development services within the framework of the competent bodies.
- Promote the different cultural, sports, educational, artistic, social and other initiatives of the population.
- Cover specific areas of socio-community work lacking attention from other services based on the special needs of each area and sector of the population.
- Create dynamization processes aimed at strengthening the social fabric and the conscious and real participation of the population.
- Generate social reports of the different sectors of the population.
- Advise on issues of specific interest to the population.
- Provide a permanent information service to groups and associations, entities, groups and individuals.
- Promote activities, initiatives and groups through the media.
- Carry out research and evaluation studies.
- Prepare publications and informative materials.
- Organize congresses, conferences and seminars.
- Collaborate with all those people or entities, public or private, that favor the achievement of the aforementioned purposes.

This organisation holds a European Solidarity Corps Quality Label. The Quality Label certifies that the organisation is able to run projects in compliance with the principles and objectives of the European Solidarity Corps.
