description of organisation

BBRZ is an employer to about 2.600 people and providing services for people with disadvantages throughout Austria.
From the very start the BBRZ and its established and permanently advanced model of vocational rehabilitation were driven by the common objective to open up opportunities for people with disabilities to re-enter the general labour market. That means a dedicated and emancipated co-operation of all concerned, decision makers and employees of the Labour Market Office, social insurance corporations, the provinces and the BBRZ.
While BBRZ originally learned from international role models in order to offer its clients and the financing corporations of vocational rehabilitation effective and yet economic types of vocational rehabilitation, meanwhile we have successfully managed to become a respected partner in the international field of rehabilitation.
Our total range of services in the field of prevention/vocational rehabilitation was developed on behalf of the Labour Market Service and the social insurance corporations, in co-operation with their employees.
Our services cover a wide range of youth projects. In addition to career guidance and training aiming at labour market integration we also provide consulting services at the transition from school to job or Youth Welfare.
