description of organisation

ALFA3a was founded in 1971 as a non profit, non gouvernemental organisation in order to foster social cohesion by providing services and guidance to all individuals in various areas : career enhancement, early childhood, social housing, youth initiatives, and others.
Since we are deeply rooted in the local territory, we have a good understanding of the needs of the people and are in a position to find tailor made pathways for them. In close connection with local stakeholders (SME, VET providers, career center, policy makers) we are supporting and promoting social change, guided by values such as equity, solidarity, sustainability, inclusion and a commitment to the community.
