Description of organisation

The Youth Centers Cologne gGmbH (JugZ) operates children's and youth facilities throughout Cologne. We want to offer children and young people spaces in which they can find the peace and quiet to discover and develop their individual personality and skills.
Children, adolescents and adults use a variety of measures and offers. The offers include (career)-orientation, advice, support, employment, work, qualification and placement. The JugZ includes children's and youth facilities, the socio-educational Cologne fan project and and afternoon-offers at schools.
The JugZ is the largest agency for open child and youth work in Cologne. Our teams are heterogeneous in terms of gender, age and lifestyle. The teamwork is based on professional requirements, specialized offer and work structures as well as the professional qualifications of the employees.
