Description of organisation

With the JUZE Bergheim, the municipality of Bergheim offers young people a place where they can spend their free time. This place provides professional life support by qualified staff. Furthermore, an extracurricular and voluntary place of learning is created. The young people learn necessary skills for example openness, tolerance, respect, optimism, recognition, appreciation and much more. The work with the young people also gains its value through the promotion of conflict and communication skills. Although the youth centre does not replace education, it can complete it and plays a central role in the young people's lives.

Young people can hang out in comfort at our place. During our opening hours, they can use our wide range of games like billiards, darts, table football, Playstation 4, VR glasses and numerous board and card games. In addition, the JUZE Bergheim organises events and workshops like cooking afternoons, film evenings, evenings around the campfire, tournaments and graffiti workshops and much more. All this offer is non-binding and free of charge.
