FIM is a training organisation created by the business leaders of the Normandy region whose vocation is to meet the needs of the companies in its territory.
For more than 40 years, we have been offering training courses to everyone aged between 15 and 25, including more than 1,400 apprentices in 6 main areas: Operations and Logistics Management, Web-Multimedia, Tourism-Hospitality-Restauration, Sales-Commerce, Management-Finance-Organisation.
FIM is one of the largest training centres in Normandy, bringing together apprentices, students, employees and job seekers.
FIM is based on a certain number of values that are essential for the implementation of training programmes adapted to the needs of learners and companies.
These values form the basis of our training organisation.
They lead us to carry out numerous socio-educational actions with and for our young people: development of solidarity projects (toys for hospitals), sustainable development actions (collection and sale of second-hand clothes, greening of esplanades), prevention (conference on harassment, no-smoking month, blood donation collection).
Since its creation, FIM has been oriented towards international and interculturality and encourages international mobility. FIM is also developing tools to support mobility: internships abroad for students (Erasmus+ grants), for young apprentices and those who have graduated (Movil'ap grants), and company visits abroad.
