Description of organisation

Our organization is a public secondary school offering different apprenticeship paths: general, technological and vocational. It also offers higher education (In tertiary and technical fields) and hosts adults trainings. There are approximately 2,000 students, 200 teachers and 100 administrative staff.
The school is located in an urban area (city of Dinan) and welcomes students from the surrounding urban and rural areas, within a perimeter of about 30 kms. They are between 15 and 25 years old and come from various socio-professional backgrounds, but most of them have few opportunities for mobility. The school is also a host school for foreign students.
European and international openness is an integral part of the school's project. The school education sector, particularly the general and technological education tracks of the school have obtained Erasmus + accreditation in 2021. As far as the vocational sector is concerned, our organization already has an accreditation since the vocational high school is part of a consortium in order to facilitate internship mobility for students or members of the educational team. In the Higher Education sector, the institution renewed the ECHE in 2020 to give our students the opportunity of internship mobilities abroad.
These different accreditations promote the opportunities for mobility and require significant follow-up and coordination. An international steering committee has been set up. It consist of 6 teachers and management staff.
