Description of organisation

"Circolo Arci Ambra" is a social promotion association founded in 1991 as a "cultural, recreational, sports" club to contribute to the development of the community of Brisighella (a foothill municipality in the province of Ravenna) and in particular to the cultural and civil development of workers and citizens and to the ever wider diffusion of democracy and solidarity in human relationships and between peoples, to the practice and defense of individual and collective civil liberties.
The Association's priority activities are: organization and management of cultural or recreational activities of particular social interest; extra-curricular training, aimed at educational success, the prevention of bullying and the fight against educational poverty; social integration of migrants; promotion of the culture of legality, of peace among peoples; promotion and protection of human, civil, social and political rights; services aimed at safeguarding the environment.
Concrete examples of proposed activities are: after school activities; aggregation center; organization of courses, workshops, meetings and conferences; promotion of reading and play; organization of moments of recreation such as dancing, traditional games, free discussion; presentation of literary works and essays; organization of theatrical performances, art exhibitions.
Everyone can request to become a member, with no age limit or discriminatio based on gender, sexual orientation, country of origin.
