Anneles pļavas

Non-profit organization "Anneles pļavas", founded in 2011, is located in Riga, the capital of Latvia. Organization aims to develop children’s personality through creative and inclusive activities, and applying innovations in pedagogy.

The organization provides seminars, experience exchange, workshops in arts, drama, English, folkdance and music, and other creative activities for children and young people, involving about 200 preschool and school children and young people from Riga each year.

NGO organizes projects in different fields of arts (cinema, music, ceramics etc.) and takes part in international and local festivals. NGO has 9 years’ experience organizing creative camps for children and young people (7–18 years old), involving 30–40 participants each year. NGO organize camps on various topics, e.g.evironmental sustaunability.

Since January 2023, NGO "Anneles pļavas", in cooperation with Riga preschool "Annele", supports Ukrainian people by collecting donations and necessary goods to deliver them to Ukraine.

NGO "Anneles pļavas" is run by Liene Šalajeva and Līga Dejus who have 12 years’ experience in pedagogy working with pre-school and school children and young people.
