Description of organisation

SYNCHRO’s was founded in 2018, with the purpose of space building, community gathering, knowledge exchange and developing a culture of collaboration.

By opening the doors of a 200m2 hub, we have ignited a new spark in the connection of the local community. SYNCHRO hub is a unique ecosystem that brings together all participants (individuals, NGOs, activists, foundations, startups, companies, professionals, institutions) and provides them with connection, education, inspiration and strategy.

Our main areas of work are concentrated on building a stronger community: information, education and training, employability, youth wellbeing, developing a “smart city” concept, cultural and social entrepreneurial endeavours. SYNCHRO hub is a platform for the development of generations of active people who share the vision of collaboration, freedom, unity, sustainability, safety, perseverance and belonging.

SYNCHRO is fully integrated within the local civil society and active community in the city of Pančevo. We have successfully cooperated and networked with a number of prominent donors, CSO’s, schools, businesses, researchers, free media, NEET and LGBTQI+ youth and everyone that is enthusiastically stepping towards the goal of the city of Pancevo growing into an exciting sity. A city where everybody wants to create and stay.
